Inspection reports are emailed to the client upon completion.  If you would like a copy of the inspection emailed to your Real Estate Broker we are happy to do so.  All completed reports are non-tranferrable please refer to the Inspection Agreement for details.

  • Jay will email you the agreement to sign prior to the inspection and a link to pay by credit card if that is the payment type you requested. It is important for you to review and sign the agreement before the inspection date and time.
  • Jay is happy to coordinate with your Agent/Broker on scheduling access to the property on the date and time of the insepction. 
  • Be sure your Agent/Broker has confirmed that all utilites are turned on, (especially if you are purchasing a foreclosure).  Utilites are considered gas, water and power.  If we don't have any one of those on during the inspection you will not receive a complete inspection.  A re-inspect fee will be charged for Jay to come back to the property to inspect those areas.  
  • We accept check, cash or credit cards.  If you plan to pay by credit please let us know as we provide a discount for cash or check payment. 
  • You are welcome to attend the inspection the entire time or you may show up the last half hour and Jay will review all of his findings with you.

We know this is an exciting time and you have many things to do.  We take pride in making the inspection process as smooth as possible.  We will make every effort to accommodate your schedule and are available to take your call 7 DAYS A WEEK.  We do not charge extra for weekends and will make every effort to have your report to you within 24 hours. If you are ordering a Radon test please allow time for the test to remain in the home for 48 hours.
